Our Grievances

Declaration of Independence

As Heritage American men committed to preservation of our people and heritage, we declare the following grievances against the systems, institutions, and policies that systematically undermined our communities, families, and future over the past century. These are not abstract complaints but lived realities that have driven us to collectivize and build a new paradigm.

  1. Demographic Displacement
Mass immigration and differential birth rates transformed our United States from a nation founded and built by Heritage Americans into one where we have become a minority in our own country. This was executed absent our consent and in contradiction to the promises made during passing of the 1952 McCarran-Walter Act and 1965 Hart-Celler Act.
  2. Economic Dispossession
Globalization, free-trade agreements, and outsourcing have hollowed out the industrial base that once provided stable, family-sustaining jobs for millions of working-class Americans. Entire communities have been devastated by factory closures, wage stagnation, the opioid crisis, wars, and other crises that followed.
  3. Affirmative Action and Anti-White Discrimination
Government and corporate policies explicitly favor foreigners in education, employment, contracting, and promotions. White men are routinely passed over or penalized solely on the basis of their race, while such practices in our favor would be condemned as bigotry.
  4. Cultural Erasure and Denigration
Our history, heroes, symbols, and traditions are relentlessly attacked, removed, or rewritten. Statues of our forebears torn down, holidays renamed, and school curricula teach our children to be ashamed of their ancestors’ achievements.
  5. Suppression of Free Association
Heritage Americans are denied the right to form exclusive organizations, communities, or institutions without facing legal, social, or economic punishment—rights freely extended to every other ethnic group.
  6. Family and Social Decay
Feminist ideology, no-fault divorce, and welfare policies have weakened traditional family structures. White men face biased family courts, rising suicide rates, and social isolation while being portrayed as inherently toxic or privileged.
  7. Political Disenfranchisement
Both major political parties have abandoned the interests of Heritage Americans. Republicans offer lip service while pursuing special interests; Democrats openly advocate policies that disadvantage us. Our votes are diluted by demographic change, illegal and immigrant voters, corrupt elections, manipulation through media, and institutional capture.
  8. Media and Academic Hostility
Mainstream media, entertainment, and academia portray White men as the root of all societal evil — oppressors, colonizers, and obstacles to progress — while celebrating the identity and grievances of every other group.
  9. Erosion of Meritocracy
Standards in education, professions, and public safety have been lowered under the banner of “equity,” placing ideology over competence and putting lives of our people at risk, and destroying our livelihoods.
  10. Loss of National Sovereignty and Purpose
Endless foreign wars, nation-building abroad, and subservience to global institutions have drained our wealth and blood while our own borders remain porous and our infrastructure crumbles.

These grievances are not the product of hatred but of love — for our families, our communities, and the civilization our ancestors built. They represent a clear pattern of betrayal by actors who have profited from our dispossession while demanding our silence.

We, the members of the Heritage American’s Loyal Order, therefore declare our peaceful withdrawal from loyalty to these failed systems. Through our free association, established order, and parallel institutions, we commit to rebuilding what has been taken — securing a future for our people on our own terms.
